Thermostretch - Profile
Derived from Bikram Yoga
Hot
yoga was developed in the 1960’s. Thermostretch is
a method
which lasts 90 minutes and is performed in a heated room up to 100

allow.
Thermostretch
is a demanding 28 pose series which allows you to work
deep into your muscles, tendons and ligaments to challenge your body
from the inside out. The class is designed for first time beginners
as well as experienced students. You will learn to focus your mind
and control your breath, leading you to work harder, deeper and
calmer, increase your concentration and determination. Thermostretch
