I have lived in Moseley for 9 years and have 2 children. I have been in practice since qualifying in 2002 after completing a 4 year accredited course at the Midland College of Practical Homeopathy. In 2007 I completed a 2 year post graduate study with Dr Subrata Baneerjee from The Allen College of Homeopathy.
I am registered with the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths (ARH) and bound by the ARH Code of Ethics and Practice.

Leroy Henry – Pilates Teacher
I have always been interested in the way the body moves. When I was asked to write a personal profile I struggled for quite a while as to how I could incorporate my love of dancing and fitness training into words without boring you!
I have been physically active from the early age of thirteen. I have been dancing for many years and interested in just about everything to do with dance and fitness. After leaving school I entered a competition that secured my place in a travelling tour to Germany. I taught breakdance, jazz ballet and pantomime for four years, consequently gaining more and more experience. I also joined a group named Splinters and we performed at many venues throughout Germany, appeared on Formula Heins TV (music channel) and taught dance in a number of German Studios. I also choreographed and liased with school ads and attracted children from 7-18 years old. I also coached breakdance, pantomime and jazzdance.
After returning to England I trained in the art of Aikido, which I then incorporated into my dancing. Aikido truly inspires me and on one occasion saved my life. After a two year recovery I was determined to train, become fit again and in fact teach these skills to others. Hence my becoming a Fitness Instructor!
I then met Sarah Grocutt (Pilates Coach & Fitness Instructor), who taught me Pilates. This inspired me to combine all of the physical skills I love, to mobilize and help people. I believe these skills give people a self awareness, self evidence and self structures which lead to healthier lifestyles.
Dancing to me, is truly a physical and spiritual way of self expression.

Stuart Morris IIHHT ICHT dip
Stuart Morris has an " holistic " approach
to health, using all of the professional
therapeutic techniques that he
has a wealth of experience in: Aromatherapy,
Reflexology, Massage, Touch for health and Pranayama
Yoga, all supported
by advice
on nutrition. Says Stuart:
“ An
holistic approach to me means encompassing all that
you are, mind, body and spirit. I genuinely believe
in the therapies I practice. I believe that an holistic approach to health
does not compete with conventional medicine,
but stands
along side it. Complementary therapies can be a turning point
in
people's lives, as I have seen many times, gently drawing
people out of a place of despair, loneliness and fear, very subtly
easing them back towards health.”
Essentially, Stuart combines his many talents
to offer a unique, composite treatment.
" We
are all equally susceptible, all equally vulnerable
to whatever life throws at us. Everyone I've ever
met is working through something on some level, be it emotional, spiritual,
or
financial.
However,
we all respond to gentleness in the same way. We
all respond to the right word
spoken at the right time and
the
simplicity of a soothing touch.
It permeates our defences, such as anger,
fear, resentment and depression
like no other medicine upon this earth. The therapies I practice are
an extension of
being able
to give in a professional, therapeutic
manner".

Nigel
Moseley UKRF, EMF Balancing
Technique® Master
in Practice, Avatar Master
Nigel has been practising
the EMF Balancing Technique® Phases
I-VIII and Indian Head
Massage since 2003 and
Reiki since 2001. He works
as
a Reiki
practitioner at the
University of Central
England Medical Centre.
He became a Licensed Avatar
Master in December 2003
and has
since delivered the
course in Shrewsbury,
Yorkshire, Holland and
Florida.
Nigel came across the EMF
Balancing Technique® when he was
looking to make a real change to his life and felt the need to
move beyond the techniques that had served him up to that point.
Says Nigel “I had helped to run a meditation group for
several years in Birmingham, but I still felt as though something
was missing. On some level I gave the intent to find what I needed,
and to enable a quantum leap to take place in my consciousness.
I came across the EMF Balancing Technique®.
The EMF Balancing Technique® sessions (I – IV) that
I received that year opened me up – subtly, carefully,
to enable me to grow at a rate my consciousness was comfortable
with. Synchronicity (“coincidence”) increased. I
felt more peaceful and more capable. Miraculously, the intents
that I gave were met with results in the physical world! I was
in a state of graceful ‘Wow’!
I knew I had to learn
to practice the
EMF Balancing Technique® and
share it with those for whom it felt right, and who had given
the intent for peace, partnership with the universe through co-creation,
and spiritual growth. Learning to practise the EMF Balancing
Technique® sessions
(V - VIII) brought me
to a state of personal
evolution
that
I cannot express
in
words. I hope you can
feel it!
Now I deliver the
Avatar course,
an inspirational
and unbelievably
powerful
training where
you learn to
handle the doubts
and limitations
that
keep you from
living the life
you want.
After doing the
course I felt
so empowered and light – it
is the ultimate evolution
course! I hold Introduction
evenings and mini-course
events regularly at Central
England Holistic
Therapies.
I feel my personal
symbol is the
Phoenix Rising.
My aim
is to empower
and inspire
you to reach
out and
co-create
the
life you
always wished
for.
I would love
to help you,
wherever
you are
on your
path.”

Chris
Newbold B.Sc.,
C.H.Ed. Diploma
in Nutritional
Therapy. MBANT
Chris
Newbold is
a fully
qualified Nutritional
Therapist and
member of
the British
Association of
Nutritional Therapists.
He has
over 15
years of
experience in
working with
clients initially
as a
speech and
language therapist
in the
NHS and
most recently as a
Nutritionist. He
has successful
experience in
dealing with
a range
of conditions
such as
weight gain,
low immunity,
polycystic ovaries,
PMT, eczema,
ME/chronic fatigue,
psoriasis, arthritis,
IBS and
many more
conditions. He
has undertaken
a wide
range of
post-graduate training in areas
such as
kinesiology and
naturopathic medicine
and uses
a range
of techniques
beyond pure
nutritional therapy
when required.
Chris prefers
to work
intuitively with
clients and
bases much
of his
decision making
on how
the client
presents and
will only use expensive
tests (eg
food sensitivity
or candida
tests) if
absolutely necessary.
His aim
is to
get the
body back
into balance
and capable
of healing
itself, rather
than treating
individual symptoms.
Nutritional
Therapy is
a highly
powerful technique
for improving
health and
well-being. If
diet is
imbalanced, the
body will
be imbalanced
too and
more susceptible
to illness.
Food is
the most
complex chemical
our bodies
have to
deal with.
The body
will usually
deal with
it -
it has
very sophisticated
mechanisms for
doing so – but often at a cost. It will have to work harder
to maintain blood sugar glucose to keep us feeling energetic.
For many people the digestive system is not working optimally
which results in poor absorption of nutrients, imbalanced gut
bacteria and digestive ailments such as IBS. The body’s
own healing
mechanisms are
reliant on
being given
the correct
raw materials.
Hormonal problems,
inflammation and
immune problems
may all
result from
a lack
of the
right type
of fat
in the
diet. Finally
when the
body is
out of
balance we are more
likely to
react to
foods such
as wheat
or dairy
and environmental
substances like
pollen. Therefore
allergies become
more likely
to occur.
Nutritional
therapy can
help most
types of
ill health
and is
particularly useful
for problems
with energy,
weight gain,
allergies, skin
disorders, hormonal
problems, fertility,
digestive disorders
and stress/depression.
You may
also wish
to have
a consultation
to maximise
your present
good health
or prevent
future problems.
Remember,
the body
will always
compensate for
the strains
we put
on it – but at what cost? Nutritional Therapy aims
to give your body what it needs and remove what does it harm.
Food is the most powerful medicine you take. Make sure it’s
the right
medicine.
