This First Degree Reiki Course requires no experience of healing, is complete in itself and will give you the ability to treat yourself, other people, animals and plants.  It is not a professional practitioner training.  The course will start with a talk about Reiki and if after this you feel the course is not for you, you are under no obligation to continue and I will happily refund your deposit.

NLP Professional Coaching Course
5 Day Intensive

The skill of the professional Coach is to be able to objectively assist others to gain clarity over what is important to them, both in their lives and their work, to help them access the resources they need and to mobilise themselves to move forward and achieve their goals.

NLP offers powerful, effective, rapid and easy to learn skills which can be invaluable to all those involved in the field of personal development, communication, fitness and sports, or who wish to change their own lives. Based upon modelling skills, NLP effectively teaches us how to be excellent in what we do. It is often described as a set of tools that shows us how to run our minds.

This intensive, highly practical five day course, to International Coach Federation core syllabus requirements, leads to an accredited certification in NLP Performance and Life Coaching and registration with CEC. Participants learn the techniques of Professional Performance and Life Coaching, including Niche Coaching in sports and fitness, wellness, work/life balance and corporate achievement. They also work with volunteer clients in extensive role play and practise sessions.

Coaching is without geographical boundaries and qualified coaches, since they frequently carry out at least some of their work by phone, can effectively build an international client base. Coaching can add incredible value to people’s lives and therefore, as a career, it can be financially very well rewarded. Full training on building a successful coaching practice is provided in this course.

Regular ongoing practise, mentoring and supervision sessions are all included within the training fees.

Gastric Band Hypnosis

There has been much in the press recently about how it can help people to lose weight without surgery.

The principle of the therapy is that the client is convinced, at a subconscious level, that a gastric band operation has been performed.

The subconscious mind therefore believes that there has been a major reduction in stomach capacity and the body therefore responds differently to hunger and the amount of food that can be eaten, with Gastric Band Hypnosis your client will have all of the feelings of a gastric band but without the risk and discomfort that Invasive Gastric Band Surgery would bring.

With the help and some guidance from Spires (Formally BUPA) Carol has been working with clients throughout Scotland on this very subject with an excellent rate of success.
